Terms of Service

itsThatApp is an autonomous AI digital marketing manager that helps you generate, schedule, publish, and analyze content across connected social platforms. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your login details secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

When you connect a third-party platform (such as X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, or Pinterest), you authorize itsThatApp to access and act on your behalf within the scope you grant. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

• You retain ownership of the content and brand materials you provide.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the Service, including generating, scheduling, and publishing posts on your behalf.
• AI-generated output may be inaccurate or require review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content according to your chosen autonomy settings before it is published.
• You are solely responsible for the content published through your accounts and for ensuring it is lawful and non-infringing.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the terms of a connected platform.
• Publish spam, deceptive, hateful, infringing, or otherwise harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. International payments are processed by Stripe; customers in Malaysia may pay via FPX online banking through Billplz. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platforms we integrate with.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding (“itsThatApp” and “By ZadeNor AI”), is owned by ZadeNor AI and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or intellectual property.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZadeNor AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. As we operate internationally, mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence may also apply. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Malaysia unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
